The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with AACS.
On ordering from All Areas Computer Services (AACS) you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations.
There are two primary methods of payment for goods ordered:-
- Cheque/Postal Order - Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. This may take up to 5 working days.
- Direct Bank Deposit - Goods will be dispatched once the funds are cleared in the AACS account.
- Western Union for International buyers
- We operate a 7 days return period as explained below.
- All the products on sale from AACS have met our high quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased, please e-mail us at:-
- Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective within 14 days will be replaced. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense. We do not operate a try before you buy policy. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition suitable for re-sale in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee, or refunded, less postage and packing. A handling fee of 15% will be made.
- Buyer to pay Packaging/Postage/Handling Fees.
- Buyer to pay Insurance or Registered Post Fees.
- You may wish to organize your own Freight, which is fine by Us, but please ensure the Freight Company requires a Pickup Signature or We will not give them your Item (s).
- Pick Up welcome (Adelaide Areas).
- Orders are Shipped within 24 Hours after receipt of Payment.
- We Ship only to AUSTRALIA, EUROPE, CANADA, USA.
- All our Sales are GST Inclusive.
- No Responsibility is taken for goods sent without Insurance or by Regular Postage.
- No Responsibility if it is lost by Post, more Secure to Post it as Registered Post.
- All Returns must be approved by E-mail or phone and must be accompanied with a note-containing Item Buyer's Info and Explanation for Return. Returned Items must be complete!
- We are not responsible for Damage during Return Shipment, Pack it good and Insure it for your protection!
- Buyer is Responsible for Return Shipping Charges. Upon Receipt of Defective piece, We will ship a Replacement or issue a Refund if Duplicate is Not in Stock.
- We cannot and Will not Refund Shipping Costs - They are Paid To Australian Post or Shipping Comopany not to Us.
- All new PC parts come with one year warranty.
- All used parts come with 7 days warranty.
- All new systems come with one year warranty.
- All used systems come with 30 days warranty.
- All New Mobile Phones and Accessories Come's with 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty, any Warranty claims must be redirected to the Manufacturer or any Authorised repair center.
- All Mobile Phone Parts come with 30 days warranty.
